How feasible would it be to print solder for rapid prototyping of PCB boards? Its melting point is 183 °C and they do sell it in 3mm thick rolls. it seems quite doable to me. what do u think?

It will eat away your nozzle. You'll have to look in the RepRap blog, but someone managed to do it after a lot of testing and trying:
