Nach wir ja HIER schon einen recht guten Anfang für Filament Hersteller Beispiele haben, sollte man vielleicht einen zweiten Thread eröffnen wo die diversen Filament Settings gepostet werden.

Warum ich das gut fände?

Nun, ich habe gestern meine Lieferung Hiendl Filament (schwarz) bekommen und bekomme dieses mit den Serieneinstellungen absolut nicht zum laufen.

Ich habe heute den ganzen Tag damit zugebracht um einigermaßen vorzeigbare Ergebnisse zu bekommen.

Dabei habe ich mit nahezu allen Parametern herum experimentiert, welche derUM2 zu bieten hat. So sind viele Stunden ins Land gegangen und letztendlich läuft es immer noch nicht.

Vielleicht geht es ja noch anderen Leuten so wie mir. Von daher wäre vielleicht eine Datenbank, von der man weiß das es damit funktioniert, eine gute Ausgangsposition für die ersten Experimente wenn jemand Probleme hat.

Darum mein Vorschlag für die Angabe der Daten:

Filament Typ; Hersteller; Farbe

Dann die UM2 Einstellungen:

1.) Düse (Durchmesser & Typ [ z.B. Olsson])

2.) Filament Temperatur

3.) Heizbett Temperatur

4.) Flow (%)

5.) Geschwindigkeit (+/- %)

6.) Rückzug (mm / mm/s)

......... und weiter, von mir nicht berücksichtigte, Druck relavante, Parameter sind natürlich herzlich willkommen.

evlt. sollte man die beiden zusammen legen, dann hätte man immer den direkten Vergleich der Farbe bei 210°C und den tatsächlich möglichen Einstellungen.

Hier meine bisher zuverlässigsten Einstellungen mit dem UM2 Extended ohne Modifikationen.

Filament Typ; PLA 2,85mm

Hersteller; Hiendl

Farbe; weiß

1.) Düse: 0.4mm Standard

2.) Filament Temperatur: 210°C

3.) Heizbett Temperatur: 65°C

4.) Flow (%): 100

5.) Geschwindigkeit (+/- ): 50mm/s

6.) Rückzug (mm / mm/s): Standard Cura

7.) Druckbett: Standard ohne Klebstoff oder Tape.

Filament Typ; PLA 2,85mm

Hersteller; Hiendl

Farbe; blau

1.) Düse: 0.4mm Standard

2.) Filament Temperatur: 220°C

3.) Heizbett Temperatur: 65°C

4.) Flow (%): 100

5.) Geschwindigkeit (+/- ): 50mm/s

6.) Rückzug (mm / mm/s): Standard Cura

7.) Druckbett: Standard ohne Klebstoff oder Tape.

Farbe; weiß, transparent

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
