Slicing misses sections of final edge

The main view looks right, but the layer view is missing sections. The xray view shows all purple. That last edge is 0.4mm. I tried all 4 print profiles, but they all come back the same. I even tried uploading the STL to Microsoft Model repair, with no luck.

Any ideas what has gone wrong?

Turns out I get to answer my own question. I didn't allow for tolerances within the printing. Increasing that last edge from 0.4 mm to 0.5mm seems to have filled in the missing sections.
