Resolved: Slicing issue.. Only 100% infill works.. Cura 15.04.3

Hi

I am attaching my ini file, simple model and some screenshots.. What is wrong? No top fill and no visible infill. If I change infill to 100% it works fine. Anything less than 100%, it is having issues. Any help is appreciated.

Update: There was some wrong options selected under "Black Magic' section of advanced section

I have tried several options under black magic but did not work for me.
