Hallo Zusammen

Hatte gestern folgende Fehlermeldung.5a3316473dda1_Error_Triedprintingoutofprintingarea_Meldung.thumb.JPG.33b63cb92a7fa88422efbebd5e91b64b.JPG5a33164782f51_Error_Triedprintingoutofprintingarea.thumb.JPG.b922d2d10521a1c512046023ff05e418.JPG

Das Problem an der ganzen Sache ist, bevor diese Fehlermeldung auftrat habe ich dieses Objekt erfolgreich gedruckt. Anschliessend wollte ich es ein zweites mal drucken jedoch gab es einen Abbruch mit dieser Fehlermeldung.

Ich habe zum ersten mal die Funktion benutzt, bei welchem man das Bauteil in Cura nach unten versetzt (unter die Druckplatte).

Diese Firmware habe ich vor kurzem aufgespielt.

Kennt jemand diese Fehlermeldung und weiss was hier schief gelaufen ist?

Ich probiere heute das Teil nochmals zu drucken, falls es funktioniert ist es ja in Ordnung, trotzdem würe es mich interessieren weshalb die Fehlermeldung aufgetreten ist.

Besten Dank im Voraus

    @tinkergnome ist superflott im Antworten und hat das Ganze ja gebaut :)

    ...wenn ich getaggt werde, finde ich das auch hier... :)

    Diese Firmware habe ich vor kurzem aufgespielt.

    Dann kontrolliere vorsichtshalber mal, ob die Einstellungen hier noch stimmen:

    Advanced -> Preferences -> Print area

    Das sollte dem hier entsprechen:

    #define X_MIN_POS 0#define X_MAX_POS 230#define Y_MIN_POS 5#define Y_MAX_POS 230#define Z_MAX_POS 230

    @tinkergnome

    Danke das habe ich jetzt überprüft und die Werte stimmen überein. Komischerweise habe ich das Teil jetzt noch 4 weitere male gedruckt ohne Fehlermeldung.

    Nun ja, hoffe das war ein einmaliger Fehler. Mal schauen.

    @pixl2

    Da der Fehler bei Dir nur manchmal auftritt, hätte ich noch einen anderen Verdacht, dem man mal nachgehen könnte.

    Der arme kleine Arduino hat nur sehr begrenzten Arbeitsspeicher. Ich weiß nicht, wie der Martin seine Version kompiliert hat, aber vielleicht hat sich der Engpass damit verschlimmert...?

    Du könntest vorläufig vor jedem neuen Druck den Drucker einmal "durchstarten" (also kurz aus und wieder einschalten). Und dann weiter beobachten, ob das was verbessert.

    Viel Glück! :)

    Dein Verdacht könnte sich bestätigen. Hatte die letzten Tage keine weiteren Aussetzer mehr. Ich werde es auf jedenfall beobachten und nach jedem Druck den Drucker kurz "durchstarten".

    Danke für dein Feedback.

    Ich hatte soeben diese Meldung, als ich zuvor ein Modell aus CraftWare druckte und danach (das selbe Modell) aus Cura drucken wollte.

    Nach einem Neustart des UM2 war das Problem behoben.

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
        (Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
