Ultimaker 2 Extended prints in the air (about 1 mm above the bed)

I have re-leveled the bed a couple of times, but it keeps printing in the air.

This started happening after I changed the material from regular black PLA to wood-fill PLA, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, since I haven't been able to print anything for 2 days now :-)
