Resellers/Support in the USA

So the filament broke in pieces in the tube, and in my efforts to clear it, I broke the head and some plastic parts. I am obviously an idiot and very upset at myself. sigh. (I was working on a project with my son who has been waiting to print for weeks!)

I looked for support/resellers in the US, and there are none.

Any suggestions on where to go to get help in person?

Sorry to hear about the broken UM2. You can check for Ultimaker resellers here:

But what exactly broke? Ultimaker has released most parts so you could have someone from 3DHubs print a replacement (except if you broke the non-printable parts).
