So I bought simplify 3D for the hopes of easily setting up a second extruder experiment that I am attempting to perform with my ultimaker 2 extended. Does anyone have any experince with setting up simplify 3d for dual extruder on an Ultimaker 2 Extended?

Yeah I noticed that its not 100% clear because the second extruder is going to be attached to the existing print head in the empty spot on it. I am also not using a heated head but rather a modified print head to accept silicon. Also sadly theirs almost nothing on it in the simlify3d tutorials, but thanks for helping.

Well you can configure the second heat on a second process and set it as you want. There's plenty of options there to play with, I don't think it should be hard to configure it.

Saw it. I'll answer tomorrow, kinda tired atm. But it's quite easy on s3d (at least on theory)
