Could be the pulley on the X or Y motor being slightly too far out and rubbing up against the side panel (or some dirt trapped between the pulley and side panel).
- 5 years later...
I had a very mild squeak, on one of my x pulleys, I couldn't isolate the location any closer than the back right corner. To dig deeper I started touching the belts pushing or pulling to try to align them to the center of the pulleys and see what caused the squeak to go away, nothing worked so I assumed it was right at the stepper motor. I loosened all screws and took the belt off the motor and right under the stepper motors pulley was some black dust, which I presumed to be from the rubbing belt. I simply blew the dust and reinstalled the motor as best positioned as possible with a tight belt and the squeak went away.

This is probably one of your belts rubbing against the side of a puley, should be fixable by realigning the pulley.
