I can not find the origin, axes are oiled fine.

It's repeating per rotation of the axis.

Printer seems to print quite accurate, so right now it's just a noise problem.

The printer is an UM2+ and has been used only for a week or so.

I had a very mild squeak, on one of my x pulleys, I couldn't isolate the location any closer than the back right corner. To dig deeper I started touching the belts pushing or pulling to try to align them to the center of the pulleys and see what caused the squeak to go away, nothing worked so I assumed it was right at the stepper motor.  I loosened all screws and took the belt off the motor and right under the stepper motors pulley was some black dust, which I presumed to be from the rubbing belt. I simply blew the dust and reinstalled the motor as best positioned as possible with a tight belt and the squeak went away.
