I have a Ultimaker 2 + extended.

Mounted "Bond Tech QR" and installed Tinker Gnome 16:08 2+.

Changed the location of the cables to the motor for the correct direction.

Axel E = 492.45 and motor E = 1000

But it extrudes almost nothing, see attached picture:

What's wrong?

It is strange that the material setting is only 50% I have never seen this before, what happens if you adjust it to 100%? @JohanP

Slowly after 20cm, it looks to be a normal print.

I made new program with new Cura, where it will also be just 50%.

What have I changed and where do I fix it?

Most likely the "Flow %" in the material settings (on the printer), at least you can check that.

Was this the first time that you've installed the tinker firmware? I don't know, how many settings you have customized, but if you switched back and forth between standard and tinker firmware recently, a factory reset would be the best choice (the stored settings in EEPROM are not longer compatible for the "+" models).

Thank you, you were right, it was the flow was changed.

And I've done a factory reset.

    Back on the track :)

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
