Hi,

until now, I' ve printed a lot of parts for a prototyp.

Now I observe, that in the higher slices the print fails. In picture 15.52.46 you can see the first print with accurate print.

Same G-code, same SD-card, everything equal to the first print, but the following prints were faulty.

Picture 15.50.10 is the last one. You can see, that the disturbance moves.

Somebody has a idea?

Thank you for helping

Thomas

Hi Could you put them next to each other?

It looks like only the top is different?

How many successful and failed prints have you made?

Could it maybe be that your filament spool ran (close to) empty?

Could either be underextrusion or bed drop. In this case I think I'm more inclined to think that it's underextrusion causing it. How many hours have you printed? Did it start abruptly or have you noticed a steady decline in print quality? Have you had to increase your temperature on prints that previously printed just fine?

    Hi,

thanks for the answers. Printtime 1 hour. On the picture left the first print, then scound and third print. The banding disruption moves down. The filament spool ist new and full.

Longer prints bevor ( more than 9 houres) were fine.

Is there a topic with pictures of all possible mistakes or failed prints and solutions?
