Support wants the serial number of my ultimaker original. I have looked all over; Where is it located ?

On one of my UMO+ it was on the powersupply box on a sticker.

I need to use the serial number of my Ultimaker2 Go+ to request support. I used the number in the power supply box, but I received the message that it's invalid.

The power supply is made in China.. so maybe is another serial number.

Could you help me?
