I just installed the extrusion upgrade kit to make my Ultimaker 2 an Ultimaker 2+, but the new equipment is not loading the print medium.

Instead of pulling it in, it is pushing it out. I went back through the installation video multiple times, thinking I had reversed something, but everything looks exactly as it should.

Any suggestions...PLEASE???

    This is a common problem - you have to upgrade the firmware to the um2+. So for example in Cura switch the machine to um2+ and then upload firmware.
