Ciao a tutti, uso UM2+ da alcuni mesi e tutto sommato mi trovo bene. Per ora uso solo PLA della UM o ColorFABB.

L'unico problema grosso che riscontro è la deformazione dei pezzi, cosa che non succede sempre. Più è grosso il pezzo e più è facile che succeda.

Esempio:

Se stampo un parallelepipedo 50mm x 50mm alto 10mm è facile che uno o più angoli si sollevino dalla base anche qualche mm. Il pezzo nella sua parte superiore viene bene ma nella parte inferiore è visibilmente deformato in su. Ho provato sia con la colla stick fornita che senza colla (sgrassando il piano con alcool), il risultato sembra quasi uguale. Resta incollato bene alla base ma solleva gli angoli. Le temperature non le ho modificate, ho fatto anche un reset di fabbrica ma il problema persiste. Stampando invece pezzi piccolini, sembra non ci siano problemi.

Come evitare queste deformazioni?

    Ciao Sergio, prova ad usare una buona lacca di qualità al posto della colla stick.

    Inoltre il piatto di stampa portalo a 55 gradi e non di più.

    Inoltre il piatto di stampa portalo a 55 gradi e non di più.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
