Oui toujours fait à chaud. Mon telephonne est HS mais dès que je le récupère, je poste la photo de l'encrassement qui était à l'intérieur du bloc, comme si le PLA avait coulé entre le bowden et la buse.
Pour le démontage, je n'ai enlevé que les 4 grandes vis qui sortent sur le dessus, c'est tout.
Quelle est la durée de vie du Teflon ? ça peut venir de là ?!

si tu imprimes du PLA je dirais > 1000h
Ok, je pense etre entre 1200 et 1400h. J'essaye demain avec une autre bobine et une autre buse pour voir.
Et la durée de vie d'une buse ?
Le temps d'impression exact tu peux l'avoir sur l’écran de l'imprimante, mais si tu a déjà beaucoup l’heure au compteur le teflon est sans doute a changer.
Pour la durée de vie d'une buse très honnêtement je ne serais pas te dire, plusieurs milliers d'heures si tu n'imprimes pas de matiere abrasive comme les filaments carbone.

Je valide ça tout à l'heure; c'est de l'emotion tech, et c'est les quelques metres restant qui merdouillent.
