Bonjour,

j'ai une erreur "error - stopped temp sensor bed"

J'ai du attendre 10 minutes hors energie pour ravoir la main sur les menus.

je suis débutant : quelqu'un peut-il m'aider?

    Si c'est le plateau il peut arriver qu'une soudure lâche (sonde ou résistance), il faut pouvoir tester avec un multimètre, si c'est cas tu peux tenter de ressouder, si tu sais faire, ou si non direct SAV.

    Bonjour

    J'ai connecté/deconnecté la fiche temp3 (sonde plateau) comme indiqué dans la procédure indiquée par Didier : ça remarche ! Le plateau chauffe vraiment à 60° maintenant et ca se sent au toucher.

    Le mauvais contact provenait peut-être de son transport fréquent (table sur roulette = vibrations = deconnection ?).

    Tu peux nous envoyer une photo du câble au niveau de ton plateau chauffant s'il te plaît ?

    Ultimaker a changé un peu les fixations et je sais pas si tu as une machine avec cette amélioration ou non. Auparavant effectivement les câbles étaient assez sensibles mine de rien...

    je peux, mais c'est pas là que j'ai déconnecté mais au niveau de la carte mère.

    C'est surprenant que tu aies un problème plutôt en bas puisque dans le principe c'est quand même protégé dans le boîtier et en l'occurrence ça a moins de chances de bouger que côté plateau !

    Ca se peut avec le transport et le chocs tant mieux si ça fonctionne :)

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
