Hot end fan not working - UMO+

Hi Ultimaker Community

My Ultimaker Original+ hot end fan has stopped working. I first tried a new fan however that didn't work, I measured the FAN PWM output with a multimeter and when I have Fan Speed = 0, I get a voltage of 2.4V and when I turn up Fan Speed = 255 I get 2.2V

The PCB is a Ultimaker Board Rev 2.1.4 and I suspect that the transistor controlling the fan is broken however I can't find which it is nor the replacement model is. Is it possible to replace the transistor or do I have to get a new PCB? Or am I missing something?

BR
