Need Help with Cura Z Hop

I know the picture is from S3D but it was the only way I could show the issue at hand...

In Cura I have the Z hop set to 2mm.. which works perfectly.. (Blue Boxes). Is there any way to set the rest of the movements in the yellow boxes to the same, 2mm? I only want the nozzle to be on the surface when it is absolutely necessary.

Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks for any help

I think you will get what you want if you turn off "combing" in the retraction settings.
