Hallo liebes Forum,

leider habe ich ebenfalls wie viele andere Probleme mit warping bei ABS. Die erste Ebene haftet gut auf dem blauem Scotch Band, werden die Bauteile jedoch höher gibt es ausnahmslos warping an den Ecken.

Ich wollte jetzt mal das Heizbett vom UM2+ auf 110°C einstellen, komme aber über das Menu am Drucker nicht über 100°C. Ist wohl in der Firmware als Maximum hinterlegt.

In Cura habe ich über Tweak ab dem ersten Layer jetzt einfach mal eine Temperatur von 110°C eingestellt. Ebenfalls in der exportierten Materialdatei vom Drucker selbst habe ich die Werte für ABS auf 110°C erhöht und wieder zurückgeschrieben.

Gefühlt und nach Anzeige bleibt das Heizbett bei 100°C und geht nicht höher!?

Sind meine Einstellung und Modifikationen zur Temperatur an der richtigen Stelle gesetzt oder muss noch etwas anderes Konfiguriert werden? Oder geht der UM2+ gar nicht über 100°C? Steht ja so auch eigentlich in den Spezifikationen ...

    wenn die Firmware auf 100° begrenzt ist, dann kannst du leider nichts machen - auch nicht über gcode.

     

    Es sieht so aus, als würde der Maximalwert auch in der Standard-Firmware demnächst wieder auf 115°C angehoben.

    Bei der nächsten Cura-Version ist dann vermutlich auch wieder eine aktualisierte Firmware dabei, es gibt also noch Hoffnung für alle ABS-Junkies... :)

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
