It prints just as it looks in the Slicer: gaps between the walls.
The only way I've got it to fill in the walls properly is to set the Wall Line Count to 1.
It appears that Cura is deciding that with a higher Wall Line Count, it can't fit a wall in there, so instead of infill, it just gives up.

Have you try to actually print them? I would like to see a print VS one with the other. Ofc I would recommend S3D to do that, since I'm not much of a Cura-Lover but you should try to see how the print goes, and from there maybe something can be improved. For example, if you split the Text from that 3D and use the 'Per object setting' you could increase the wall line of that TXT to be 0.41 0.42 etc etc until the infill and wall is as you want. (that's what I do on S3D)
