Hallo,

ich mache gerade eigenartige Erfahrungen mit Cura 15.04.6 und dem Ultimaker 2+. In einem Objekt druckt der Ultimaker 2+ plötzlich seitlich Stützmaterial an einer vertikalen 'Wand' obwohl es dort nichts zu stützen gibt. In der STL Datei und in der Cura Objektansicht ist an der Stelle nichts zu sehen, es gibt darüber auch nichts zu stützen. Schaltet man aber in die Schichtansicht um und sucht sich die entsprechenden Schichten heraus, dann wird dort tatsächlich Stützmaterial angezeigt und auch später gedruckt.

Kennt jemand das Problem und weiß Abhilfe?

    Das kann leider passieren. Anscheinend wird ein Mechanismus ausgelöst wobei Cura denkt es müsste dort gestützt werden. Prüfe die .stl Datei auf fehler (mit dem Tool netfabb basic z.B.). Du kannst auch in den Experten-Einstellungen oben rechts beim Support die Werte verstellen so dass dieser "Fehler" nicht mehr auftritt. Oder du schaltest support komplett aus wenn du es sonst nicht brauchst.

    Manchmal bringt auch eine minimale Rotation des Objektes etwas (und die z-Achse).

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
