Off = Don't Comb. Do a Retract and Travel Everywhere
All = Do the Combing All the Time
No Skin = Do Not Comb when moving across the outer (visible) layer, do a retract/travel instead (don't ooze goo on my Skin, Baby...) but go ahead a comb on the infill.
