1st try to make a adjustable wrench.

mat PLA+PVA

step 0.15

result -/-

Top is ok, bottom is poor, plus there is in this model to little play wich result in non moving parts.

SLT was downloaded from open source.

is there anyone who made these adjustable wrenches that work?

i tried today two different versions but both are stuck and can't get any movement

You might want to adjust the horizontal expansion so the parts don't intertwine. There's a Cura option for that that I forgot the name (ofc is a hodden option that needs to be unhidden).

thanks, i never know that there was so much hidden "underwater"

do you give a possitive value or negative value to make the holes bigger?

i assume a +1

or is this trial and errow combined with a bit of good luch :)

Umm yeah is called Horizontal expansion. Well if you use a beta g number you will see the slice layers changing. So that will show you how much or less it needs to be. I assume negative number would compress the print and positive will expand right?

But to only change the outlines there's other option called Outer Wall Inset. Play with it and check the changes on the slicer view.
