Filament bonding to glass and cleaning nozzle

Hello,

I'm running an ultimaker 2 and am having issues with the filament bonding to the glass. It tends to start the bead and then peel off in spots creating lousy prints and clogged nozzles. Any ideas?

Additionally, I tend to use the atomic method to unclog the nozzle. Works sometimes but not always. Any input would be appreciated.

A photo would be nice but it sounds like your glass is too far from your nozzle. Turn the 3 screws the same amount CCW - try 1/2 rotation. More details here:
