Sliding Blocks replacement

Hi guys

I just upgraded my Ultimaker 2 using the upgrade kit, but my machine is still very noisy. It looks like my sliding blocks are damaged and I need to replace them. My problem is that I didn't see this item available for purchase in this website and neither a detailed photographic step by step instruction on how to replace these parts.

Any suggestions?
