How to print with two cores?

Could anybody tell me, what have I to do to print a model with two colors? Do there exists a workflow witch explains the procedure of printing with two colors?

Should I generate two files as STL, or would it be better to eport two OBJ files to cura?

How can I assign both PLA colors to this model? How can I make color changes, for example if I will change the black one vs the red one?

Yep, you should have 2 STL's, one for every material, you can also break up the model in more than 2 STL's, you can assign a material/nozzle to each stl.

If you have a model which is only 1 color, you can assign the second print core to printing support materials in Cura. (Use BB for PVA).
