Source firmware code for UM2X dual extruder?

I have a dual extruder upgrade on my 2X and have found firmware code (compiled) in the Cura director for dual extruder BUT it's got the left extruder motor going backwards as I have done the extruder upgrade. I am trying to find the source code for this but can't seem to and am not sure how to edit the compiled "hex" version.

Also, what "board type" is used in the Arduino IDE when uploading firmware to the UM2?

If you can't find the source code to recompile the firmware you can also reverse the rotation by swapping wires on the stepper motor:

Firmware is found here. You need to set EXTRUDERS to 2 in the Configuration.h to get the result of the dual UM2 firmware.

if you take the dual versions of tinker firmware your ready to go... even has the option to reverse motor, set e-steps and many more practical stuff...
