Second nozzle getting in the way

Hello, when I am printing with the Ultimaker 3 the second nozzle does not lift when it is not extruding therefore it will drag through material that has already been printed. Is there an easy fix to this solution? Thanks.

Does it make the "change move" and misses the docking thingy on the right panel? or is there a mechanical issue with the 2th core that it will not lift?

If you're not sure just post a small video of what happens.

when you move the lever on the right side of the head does the nozzle lift properly?
