Posted · Ultimaker 3 Missing Profiles

I have had an Ultimaker 3 for 2 months, it had 4 profiles: High Quality 60 micron, Normal 100 micron, Fast Print 150 micron, Draft Print 200 micron.

Today I set up a new Ultimaker 3 Extended, updated to new Firmware on BOTH, version 3.6.3.20170406.

Now my Ultimaker 3 is only showing 1 profile, Normal 100 micron. Ultimaker 3 Extended has 4 profiles mentioned above, but not the Ultimaker 3.

So I updated from Cura 2.3 to Cura 2.5 thinking that may be the problem. I was wrong, and the Ulti 3 still only has 1 profile, and the Ulti 3 XL has 4 profiles as before.

Can anyone offer some help? I need those profiles back, and I have no idea how to.
