Posted · Alignment issues, X/Y Calibration doesn't fix it.

Hello,

I've been recently having alignment issues, and even simple tube pegs and holes are not perfect circles. I did the X/Y Calibration process, and that didn't fix the problem.

Here is a comparison. White peg is UM3 compared to the Red pegs printed off my UM2E+ that has no issues:

Thank you!

The XY calibration is only to accurately align the left and the right nozzle. If your circles are oval shaped, I think it's usually a problem with your short belts. Look for the Ultimaker troubleshooting guide from 3DVerkstan.
