Sur les UM2 l'UltiBoard 2.1.x embarque un flamboyant ATMega 2560.

C'est donc 256KB de flash, 8KB de RAM et  4KB d'EEPROM cadencé à 16 MHz.

Je ne pense pas que l'UM3 soit fondamentalement différente mais la carte ne fait que le path planning et le contrôle de température et est assistée par un Olimex A20 Lime2 (voir ici pour les specs)
