Missing layer 50

Hi

Ok guys I've got a weird problem. I ran a print through cure 2.5 and 2.6 beta and printed it out. At a layer height it seemed to change a little so I checked the gcode using a gcode viewer. I took a look and found that it showed layer 50 was missing. I then put a couple of stl files through and found it still missing. I changed layer height and it still was missing layer 50. Can someone please check this out. Not sure if it my settings but I don't think so.

Almost certainly the stl file. Look at it in xray view carefully. There's probably a hole in the stl file at that layer height. If you see any red color in xray view then that's a problem.
