Posted · Anfänger sucht Hilfe!!! Druckprobleme mit Ultimaker 2+

Hallo liebe Community,

Seit 1 Woche bin ich stolzer Besitzer eines Ultimaker 2+.

Die ersten Druckversuche waren meiner Meinung nach sehr gut.

Das Einzigste was mir aufgefallen war, ist dass der Drucker sehr "rattert" wenn er über gedrucktes Infill fährt.

Heute morgen wollte ich mein nächstes Objekt drucken doch leider bekam ich dabei Probleme und finde keine passende Lösung.

Ich habe den Druck abgebrochen, da das Infill aussieht wie ein Kunstrasen :D

Als ich mir danach die Unterseite angesehen habe, musste ich feststellen dass die erste Schicht auch nicht vollständig war.

Vielleicht hat ja jemand ein Idee und kann mir weiterhelfen. Ich bin über jeden Tip sehr dankbar.

Hier noch einige Informationen:

Drucker: Ultimaker 2+

Fillament: PLA Black 2,85mm von Ultimaker

Software: Cura 2.5.0

Gedruckt wurde mit Standarteinstellungen. Es wurde nichts verändert.

    Hallo Manuel

    Das ganze sieht mir stark nach unter Extrusion aus, bzw nach einer Weile wurde fast gar kein Material mehr gefördert.

    Dies kann mehrere Ursachen haben.

    - Verstopfte Düse

    - Blockierter Feeder

    - Alter Bowden Schlauch

    - ....

    Allein schon das ratternde Geräusch das du beschrieben hast ist nicht gut.

    Ich vermute mal, das aufgrund der Retracts sich der Feeder in das Material gefressen hat. Deswegen wurde nach einer Weile kein Material mehr gefördert.

    Der Boden deines Objekts ist auch nicht sauber gefüllt, hier das sieht so aus als wäre der Abstand von Düse zu Glasplatte zu hoch gewesen. Kalibriere diesen mal neu. Anderer seits kann auch dein Objekt noch gut sein, schaue mal nach ob Cura alles sauber anzeigt.

    Welchen Düsendurchmesser hast du denn verwendet? Je nach dem sind die Standardeinstellungen von Cura recht gewagt und könnten auch am Misserfolg schuld sein.

    Hier noch einige Informationen:

    Information von Geschwindigkeit, Layerhöhe, Temperatur wären noch wichtig!

    Meine Vermutung ist das zu schnell bei der falschen Temperatur Verhältnis gedruckt wird!

    Hast du auch den Materialdurchmesser nachgemessen und im Drucker bei deinen Materialprofil eingetragen?

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused.
