Well it maybe although so is 2.4 which is what I use. I thought 2.6 had the new function of multiple versions management so why is it telling me 2.3 is installed - I certainly do not want to uninstall 2.4 until I am happy with 2.6.

Do I just ignore the message?

I have, to be careful, backed up by 2.4 Cura appdata folder structure, although as I understand it 2.6 will not touch this

During install it will go trough all you cura versions installed on your pc. Just click no and it will go to the next until it installs.

Mine went through all my cura 15.0's till my last installed 2.5 which I all keep installed

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
