The URI didn't change, so its probably some service that failed to start.
Port 8080 is used for any number of web servers and NAS devices like NAS hard drives. This port is a popular alternative to port 80 for offering web services. "8080" was chosen since it is "two 80's"
Have you added anything to your network recently? A camera perhaps?
