Ultimaker 2 material set and print price

hi,

I got some Ultimakers, and one is UM2 without plus. Cura estimates price of prints, but UM2. I can not set material, so price is not estimated. It does not matter if I check "Olson Block" uprade or not. Can you fix it in next release?

The UM2 slices without knowing the material. So there is no way to display the price.

But I do know the material. I need the estimate price. Why wouldn't you allow me to do so? UM2+ and UMO slices with material set. On UM2+ I can slice with PLA set, and print with ABS then. Only UMO got temperatures set in gcode. UM2 and UM2+ use ultigcode.

Workaround: add a new printer to Cura, use the Ultimaker 2+ definition instead of the Ultimaker 2 definition. You get better profiles, that print just fine on the Ultimaker 2.

I can't understand why I do have to workaround. I have UM2+, UMO's and UM2. So I check price often, using UM2+ profile, than switch to UM2. But WHY?!
