Can't see my object

I'm just learning Cura. This is a really embarrassing question and here it goes. I've accidentally 'zoomed' in too far while making changes to an object and my screen is completely white. I've scrolled so much I no longer remember which way to zoom out. I've cleared the object and reloaded another but only see white. I've tried everything I can think of but to no avail. Very frustrated after over 1 hour of fooling around. How do I fix this?

No idea. Maybe is a glitch but maybe you can close and reopen cura, ofc you could save settings changed and all that before doing so.
