I want to realize a syringe extruder. Since I do not want to change to much of my UM2+ext, I thought a buy a new step motor change them.

Therefore, I can use the g-code generated with simply3D or Cura for the syinge dispensor. In my first test a have used an old stepper from a makerbot machine. This motor got extremly warm (more than usual). Then I bought a step motor, which has a similiar resistance. (this one)

This time I have no problems with the temperatur and the motor is running as long as I do the material transportation "manually" in the tune folder of the printer. However, the motor is not running, if I try to print with a g-code.

Does someone has an idea why or can help me?
