Hi guys,

At TCT, Ultimaker celebrated the 1 000 000 Cura users, but in your webpage on the middle of the 2015 you already had reached this value.

So it's 1 000 000 or 2 000 000 (at least) or someone just wanted to cut a cake? ;)

I think they might be talking about Cura 2.x alone. That would be quite impressive, because Cura 2.1 was the first publicly released version of Cura 2.x, and it was released in april 2016.

Someone just wanted to cut cake.

But yes, this is for Cura 2.X, and it's actual users, not downloads. Tracked by the amount of update checks that our server is hit with from Cura. You generally have more downloads then actual users.

And what makes a unique user? IP address? Or some sort of PC Id? I use 2 laptops and a desktop on multiple locations...

    Anyhow impressive numbers.
