infill not what I set in Cura 2.7 with TPU95

when I've done flexible filament in the past, I like changing the infill to change the squishiness of the model.

With Cura 2.7, when I use the Ultimaker flexible filament, the infill seems to be something variable (layer to layer) instead of what I set. If I change it back to PLA, it gives  me what I want.

I think I see what's going on. The infill pattern does change but it's a 3D infill with slanted planes. I'll have to do some test prints to see if it does what i want.
