Hello

J'ai un petit soucis avec une UM2+, il s'agit d'un bug en cours d'impression, l’écran de l'imprimante se fige et je n'ai plus aucun contrôle avec la "molette". Malgré tout l'impression va a son terme mais une fois terminé le plateau ne descend plus et la buse ne revient pas a ça place (au fond a gauche) elle reste en contacte avec le print. J'ai fait une mise a jour du firmware mais cela n'a rien changé et ce bug n'est pas systématique il se produit en moyenne une fois toute les 5 impressions.

    Tu es sous Tinker ? J'ai eu un problème similaire avec une version ancienne et la plus récemment (aujourd'hui en fait...) après avoir fait une pause sur un print.

    Je suis en Tinker_16.08.2+

    Non je n'ai pas installé tinker sur celle-ci mais effectivement j'utilise un vieux firmware (installé a partir de cura 15.04.6) le meme que sur mes autres imprimantes qui elles ne posent aucun soucis. Pas de problème non plus avec tinker pour celle qui l'a. Je vais essayer une autre version pour voir....

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
