Calibration card is missing. What now?

I've owned my 3D printer for about 2 weeks now. The build plate is not level, and I need to do something about it.

Does Ultimaker send new ones? What household objects make good substitutes?

Easiest thing to do is to take a piece of paper with 80g/m2. Second easiest thing to do is to ask your reseller for a calibration card. No. 3 on the list is to ask @fbrc8-erin in your case.

I always use a ruler that is about 1mm thick and then a paper. But I don't adjust my bed that often, perhaps once every two months.

Mainly I adjust my bed slightly by sight when I do print jobs. Does it seem a bit too thin or doesn't squish enough? A slight turn on the knobs until it looks good and restart the print job if necessary.

I prefer a piece of office paper over the calibration card, as I find it gives a better 'feeling' of resistance as it's not so slippery.
