Problems with structure

Hello, I hope somebody can help me

From the first day I have problems with the results on my Ultimaker 2+

Please have a look on this pictures

I use a spray for coating the builder plate. It normally works well.

I hope somebody can help me.

That's underextrusion because the nozzle is too far form the glass. Simply turn the 3 leveling screws CCW 1/2 turn to move the glass closer to the nozzle. Don't bother rerunning the leveling procedure.
