UM2extended fails to start after SD card with boot directory is inserted

Hello together,

after using cura3.03 to create a gcode from a model i tried to start my printer, but it completely failed to do anything. I first thought, it would be a hardware-problem (a fuse or a broken connection on the mainboard...) but then i realized, that cura created four partitions on the SD card (one of them  called "boot") and after putting out the SD card, the printer would start like usual. After formatting the SD card and storing an existing file.gcode i was able to both start the printer with inserted SD card and to print the model.

Have anybody experienced similar behaviour with his UM printer? I am curious and want to be prepared to solve such problems next time with understanding what`s going wrong.

Thank you, Klaus

There is no conceivable way Cura created partitions on your SD card. It does not even have permission to do so.
