Arrange All Models - Spacing Tolerance - Possible to change?

Recommended Posts

Posted · Arrange All Models - Spacing Tolerance - Possible to change?

I'm trying to fit 9 hexagonal items onto my print bed and it is only allowing me to fit 7 of them with the arrange all models option.  If i play around I can fit up to12 of these items onto my print bed with adequate spacing, but only 9 is needed.  Is there a way to adjust the spacing tolerance for the Arrange All Models feature?

Yes, I know I can manually just rearrange things but I am going to have to do this for every print and I need to make about 30-40 different batches.  Changing this would save me a large amount of time.

You can change the machine description as to the clearance around the print head. This can pack them more tightly, but you are responsible for ensuring no collisions.
