Alter print speed for surface area size under threshold?

Hello, hopefully I'm posting in the right place here - if not please let me know!

I'm wondering if there is an option or plugin available in Cura 3.2.1 that lowers the print and travel speed for slices under a certain surface area size. For objects that start large but taper in certain areas I'd like to be able to slow printing to preserve detail.

Sorry about the photo, but as you can see, layer detail on the ears suffer. I'd like to not slow down travel and print speed for the entire model, but I appreciate any advice - if anyone has any. Thank you in advance and I look forward to joining the community here!

In cura read description of the feature "minimum layer time" however you might want to instead print one or two Towers next to your print to allow the ears to cool more between layers.  Towers will give you better quality.

Thanks! Somehow missed minimum layer time - doubled that hoping for some better results. Definitely will give towers a try.
