A model is very important to check out here. A screen shot would be helpful as it may be just that it got to a part too thin to sample and appears to have stopped slicing.

Select X-ray view and look for any red areas. If you have one/some that indicates a fault with the model and is almost certainly your problem

I don't understand why I had this problem but just by reloading the object it disapearsed.

Could you post a link to the model you are trying to slice? And did you add any post processing scripts?
What about the cura.log? In Cura access the menu at the top "Help" and "Show Configuration Folder". There you should find the cura.log file. Take a look at the last few lines, maybe the error message helps.
