Printer issues with clogging

Recommended Posts

I have had some trouble with clogging the nozzle. The printer stops printing betweeen the print and was clogged and zhe filament tube PTFE goes out of his holder.

I have now construct a little piece to pick up a strong holder for the filamenttube.

The holder have I bougth by Amazon and is an 1/4"x4mm. It works now very fine.

Designing for light-weight parts is becoming more important, and I’m a firm believer in the need to produce lighter weight, less over-engineered parts for the future. This is for sustainability reasons because we need to be using less raw materials and, in things like transportation, it impacts the energy usage of the product during it’s service life.
