bonjour

un expert peut il me guider dans les bonnes pratiques du radeau.

j'utilise les réglages par défaut du radeau et je galère a le retirer sur les surfaces en contact avec le pièce imprimée.

 

avant de faire varier les nombreux paramètres du radeau (nombre de couche, lame d'air, chevauchement, largeur de ligne, épaisseur .....),

avez vous des conseils de base ?

    Je suppose que si tu veux imprimer avec un radeau, c'est que tu as des problèmes d'adhérence de ton objet avec le plateau.

     

    Tu n'as pas pu le régler avec un brim ?

     

    Perso, j'ai très peux utilisé le radeau car je trouve que le rapport adhérence/qualité n'est pas optimum...

    pour le PC, je n'ai réussit à régler le problème d'adhérence plateau qu'avec un radeau. la contrepartie c'est que le radeau est pénible voir très pénible a enlever sur les surface en contact.

    Pour le PC, tu a bien mis de la colle ou un adhésif sur le plateau?

    j'utilise du PC MAX polymaker. bien mieux que le PC plus (filament trop cassant).

     

    je mets de la colle ou vitre très propre. le radeau tient bien. juste un léger soulèvement quand j'imprime des grosses masses.

    Je fait un lait d'ABS pour imprimer en ABS, peut être un test avec le PC ?
