CURA - Per model settings, limited choice

When trying to build a tower of models and apply let's say different retraction settings, I found that there are many settings missing, although visible in the standard settings pane. Is it limitation of Cura or is there just some trick?

Hey, I am looking for the same information as Hambinex. Is there a way to add per model retraction, or any other parameters that are not already in the per model settings panel?
